What if I forget my password?
Because we are Zero-Knowledge, we don't store your password or recovery info. If you lose your password, the account and its keys are lost forever. You will need to create a new identity.
Can messages be recovered?
No. VeilChat is designed for ephemeral communication. Once a message is purged, it cannot be retrieved by you, the recipient, or us.
Is VeilChat open source?
We are currently preparing our codebase for public audit and open-source release. We believe in transparency through code.
